So this happened today…not to shabby except the wind slowed me down a bit.
After the run we were super starving…so this happened…
Yup after 18 days and 53 meals (I had mussels once). I’ve decided to break my vegetarianism…kinda. Yup Im going back to being flexitarian and I’m okay with my decision. I’m going to be a more flexitarian than most because I’ve truly enjoyed being vegetarian, but I just think I can’t commit 100% more like 95%. I’m going to be an expert plus according to flexitarianism:
Beginner: 2 meatless days per week (26 ounces of meat or poultry per week)
Advanced: 3-4 meatless days per week (18 ounces of meat or poultry per week)
Expert: 5 meatless days per week (9 ounces of meat or poultry per week)
I’m still going to cook vegetarian meals at home and make vegetarian meals for lunch. And try to choose vegetarian options when I go out to eat. Just in some cases (I hope rarely) I’ll choose meat or fish. So there it is.. I’m flexitrian and #Vegetarianintraining..I just might eat meat once in a blue moon…like today.
