Like the title? I have a couple different things to say, so I thought it fit. Kind of funny since I haven’t blogged much for the past couple days
1) Today was the first day in the last 4 weeks that I missed a workout, I think that is pretty good don’t you think? My legs were really sore last night and with my 6 mile run tomorrow, I wanted to give my body a rest to prepare. I don’t want my knee and hip problems to come back so I think rest is the best thing. But I feel so blah not have exercised today, it’s usually the same blah I feel on Sundays when I have my rest day. I have started to be a ball of energy on rests days, and want to work it out, but have to convince myself that I NEED rest. Does this happen to anyone else?
2) Last night I ate chicken, like a legit piece of chicken and it’s the first time having chicken since December; my break in vegetarianism has really only been fish. It actually was too much for me taste wise (kinda made me nauseous), and I had to not eat like 70% of it. Maybe my vegetarianism is taking over?!
3) It snowed yesterday! Yey first snow of 2013! It was a pretty morning view before they cleared the roads. It might snow again today in the middle of the day, hopefully we all get home from work okay.
